Most people overlook the fact that the changes to Desecration are most definitely significant and will be very noticeable while unholy damage nerfs may seem rather insignificant to some. One example would be Blade Barrier which offers 1% damage mitigation per point ONLY when blood runes are on cools down; so it is a 1 point for 1% mitigation talent with a stipulation to
