A special scrub-friendly spec exists for an already scrub-friendly class. Blood basically simplifies the DK class into a warrior that has three times the utility to get

The strengths of a Blood Knight include the fact that they can deal the majority of their damage in the absence of diseases, making arena and even PvE yet more simplified for them about

Blood DKs do have certain things that could use improvements such as Blood Gorged, Sudden Doom, and Will of the Necropolis all being rather lackluster for their talent placement, but really DRW needs some sort of counter that does not rely on spamming 5 cool downs to CC the DK to match his 1 or to hope you are on a map where you can Z-axis kite the DRW. Hysteria duration should also probably be reduced to 20 seconds or so. At 30 seconds, having virtual immunity to many forms of CC including blind to get
wow gold, sap, and polymorph, is really difficult to deal with when you consider it also buffs their damage by 20%. The duration should be reduced as stated or it should give a different type of drawback rather than 1% hp every second; maybe -30% armor or something more balanced about
wow gold.
