I don't believe you have thoroughly researched your build...

Dancing Rune Weapon is bad for DPS early on, the gargoyle is much better, also Blood-Caked Blood is a fantastic talent early on. If you are trying to focus on DPS also why go with Shadow of Death? You don't plan on dying do you?
Shadow of Death gives +2% str also,

but its just so good to know that when you die, WOW GOLD you are still in the fight, giving you an edge if the boss does somekind of I-win/Wipe spell

Prince and kiljaeden does some kind of novas which are examples of these I-win/Wipe spells

Many bosses have them, and as so I think its a usefull talent.
But I haven't been on the beta, so I cant say how usefull this will be in wotlk
I will have to disagree with Reeku about the Dancing Rune Weapon. As far as I've understood, it basically doubles your damage for 10 to 40 seconds. However, I haven't been in the beta, so I might be wrong.
