I said I would never complain about things without providing solutions, as I did in an article of similar name a few weeks ago. Regardless of my not playing WoW Gold, I have a number of friends still talking about it and I am still theorycrafting about it. It is like a sickness. Following through on what I had in mind when I subscribed to GR, I am going to provide some suggestions to fix the game. There will be some more in another post once I get more thoughts together.

Keep in mind; these are not really balance changes. There are infinitely better people, like Serennia, to make suggestions there - and I think it is well established that things will eventually get better, even if far too slowly. These are things that would get me excited to play WoW Gold. The sister article to this was about how WotLK added plenty of content, but it did not change the entire game the way Arena did two years ago. More of the same is fine so long as the same is good, but when the same gets old, no amount of new content is going to satisfy. They need to change the game. It takes the emphasis off gear, which makes it much easier for Blizzard to regulate how easy their raiding content is. It also means you can balance the PvE and PvP games in favour of the hardcore players, by having the other aspect that really favors casuals. It would not be that hard to turn the entire world of Azeroth into a Battleground, it just has to be accepted that doing so and making it rewarding would throw off the PvP/PvE balance, which is why you make no attempt to have any Wow gold. Allow factions to fight for control of key instances, keeping PvE in the game but with a distinct PvP element about wow gold.
