Just when you thought the customization in
City of Heroes Influence could not get any more expansive. Paragon Studios is proud to announce Issue 16: Power Spectrum which contains one of our players most highly requested features-the ability to color customize powers! But that is not all Issue 16 has to offer! This content update will also continue our Power set Proliferation as well as adding Enhanced Difficulty Options about
COH Influence. That foolish woman has provided incredibly valuable materials and manpower to get Architect off the ground. I can not deny that I had personal motivations in creating the core systems behind the Architect experience. I will not bore you with all the details, just some of them. Visit the Official Issue 16: Power Spectrum Overview Page for all the details. Then get ready to see what happens when pigments fly about
COH Influence! Stalwart heroes and dastardly villains have always been a staple in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. Power sets, archetypes, and features are often exemplified and defined in City of Heroes by our signature characters about
COH Influence.
