If any of you remember from the last days of the Burning Crusade, Blizzard had introduced a raid-wide mechanic called the 'Sunwell Radiance'. Any creature affected by this will have it's chance to hit wow gold increased by 5% and reduce the enemies' chance (that would be you and me) to dodge attacks by 20%.
Blizzard has, once again, implemented this mechanic in the upcoming raid instance, Icecrown Citadel, in the form of an effect called the "Chill of the Throne."
Why would Blizzard put something like this in the game? It certainly sounds like they just want to make things more difficult on us raiders; however, the going story from the developers is that is prevents overly ' spikie' tank damage, because harder bosses will have to be made to hit harder, so you either completely avoid damage or you die in two hits. With the new Chill effect in the game, the developers can design bosses that don't hit as hard, they just hit more consistently. The major bonus to this is that is allows healers to plan more strategically and for tanks wow gold defensive cooldowns to be used reactively instead of luckily.buy cheap wow gold
Of course the entire problem lies in Blizzard giving tanks avoidance stats that are just too high in the first place, and they're just covering up an 'oops'. Or are they?
