WOW GOLD-Rogue Overall Arena Viability |
|
Mutilate will now do 120% on a poisoned target for those not yet aware. Both Rogue burst and DPS for PvP have been nerfed - it remains to be seen whether we now do enough overall damage to earn top rankings about World of Warcraft Gold. For those considering rerolling, Rogues still offer a healing de buff, so they are still needed in Arena. As burst continues to weaken from other class changes and increased resilience, healing de buff will become even more necessary to get wow gold.
Double DPS teams will obviously be less successful. Rogue/Healer teams are more often going to be decided by DPS and mana pools rather than a lockdown-cool down burst approach. The Quick Recovery talent will still be required. Rogues are still needed for the healing de buff. However, after our Cold Blood Eviscerates, we will not be bursting about more cheap wow gold as well.
I plan to sacrifice my burst talents for DPS "long game" talents, especially for 2v2 Arena. At 15% overall damage for one point, it is extremely tempting to test whether using the new HFB is viable in PvP. Also, is it viable to Eviscerate a target every 30 seconds in PvP to keep Slice and Dice up, while also keeping Rupture up (maybe we will be pleasantly surprised)? Preparation is also less valuable in longer matches. Slice and Dice has been buffed to 40% haste to get wow gold.
Other specs such as AR Prep are tempting, but I suspect that these will remain as niche specs unless additional buffs in those trees happen. Lethality and Find Weakness are less valuable, as they will add less damage to Mutilate. Lethality is great for burst, but if a Rogue is now focusing on DPS to win, then there are better alternatives as well. Deadly Gladiators Shiv is now better than the Mutilator. Too bad I bought the Mutilator. I will probably go back to 2x Murder daggers after the patch about cheap wow gold. |
