Playing the shaman class so long has made me "married" to the class in the words of Bradack. Sure, I play my girlfriends priest. Running around in Ulduar when she is too sleepy to raid out-skilling scripted encounters with my massive 3.9k DPS. It is just not the same though. PTR shaman changes are interesting and breaths fresh air into the class but I have not yet had the chance to dedicate a substantial amount of time to it in order to make any sort of concrete predictions. I will say that beating rogues easily again is fun for World of Warcraft gold.

Combat is nott known for combo point generation. So if you already put 40 points in combat tree, I would personally take this over cold blood. Stun resistance, gouge that ignores dodge/evasion makes 41 orc combat rogues a nightmare for all other rogues. 8% + 6% (aggression) additional sinister strike damage, coupled with 5% fist crit, makes sinister strikes damage per energy come very close to backstabs with superior combo point generation and no positioning requirement. Not the best 41 talents, but still better than what people give credit for wow gold.
