Cool down reduction talents are useless for arena fights where cool downs are automatically recycled. Not a bad for an open/BG PVP talent but useless everywhere else.
Macro it with sinister strike and spam it all day. Does incredible damage per energy and does not trigger global CD. The disarm effect will not work on anyone who is serious about PVP. But in expansion, other rogues will have to either give up the invaluable PVP glove or an offhand enchant that can proc for +120 agility. You will find many rogues without disarm protection.
An extra root/snare breaker is huge. A must have for combat PVP specs.
Do not call yourself a PVP combat rogue without this ability. Coupled with new garrote you can silence a caster for 5 seconds at a time. It really annoys the hell out of them. It can be used with adrenaline rush or tea to extend your stun locks against casters. This and adrenaline rush are the definitive combat PVP abilities about
Wow Gold.
+5% to crit is wonderful, sadly as a PVP dagger rogue you would be much better off focusing on assassination and subtlety trees. Improved sprint is about as low as you should go.
One of the few talents that is strong in both PVP and PVE. Assuming you are using equal DPS weapons, this will increase your white damage by 16.6%. Considering white damage is at least 40% of your overall damage even in PVP, this is a solid increase to get
World of Warcrfat Gold.
Mace stun is not really strong in 1v1 when you always start with CS into KS, but a stun proc in group PVP where you do not always get the opening stun on each target; it is devastating when paired with a fast offhand. What makes mace spec special is a Meta gem that adds an extra chance to stun your enemy. It is potentially 5 star talent when paired with that meta gem.
