The first technique is to bait your opponent. We have all heard about bait on real battlefields. It's evidenced by the team that seems defeated retreating, only to leave their pursuers over a hill to be faced with a massive army. This is a common tactic used in Wow Battlegrounds that can give you a serious advantage, if you know how to pull it off. In general, you'll use some sort of player class that looks like they would be easy to defeat. Clothies are good for this. When a character in plate mail sees a cloth wearer, they may view them as easy, low hanging fruit. They'll charge in, unknowing that you have a Druid, Rogue or Mage invisible at the time of assault. This can be achieved by any class that has power leveling an invisibility potion, and you're sure to rake in some extra honor kills. Just like with anything though, patience is the key while baiting. Don't get antsy, and wait for the opposing team to trigger your tripwire for slaughter.
   The second one is to use your environment to your advantage. Literally anything that can be done in the real world battle environment can be done within the confines of the game. You are on a cliff at the lumber mill fighting some baddies, and get outnumbered. It's going to take somebody with some real skill to juggle all of these obstacles all at once. If you don't have some sort of trick up your sleeve, you're going to die. As such, the environment comes to your advantage. Priests can throw people off of the cliff, getting rid of that entity within seconds. Warlocks and Warriors can fear people, leading them off the cliff. Getting behind walls makes casters and Hunters fumble because they no longer have a line of sight from which to hit you. This forces them to come after you and get close quarters. That's where you take your advantage. In order to pull off environment reliable techniques within the game, you will be able to spot these advantages within a moments notice. It'll take some training and analysis, but you can do it if you pay attention. It's not always about your sword, but about your wit.
   The last technique is to run away. When you're facing certain death in an encounter, there is no shame in running. As a matter of fact, running cane sometimes gives you a serious advantage but you have to do it properly. You will need to entice the attacker to follow you. Not only does it mean not hitting that potion as you're running power leveling but means just being downright annoying to them, so their brain feels the need to get revenge. There is no better weapon that making your opponent angry, then being able to manipulate them. Let no one tell you differently. Running away provides you with control. Lead them into an ambush, get them to a spot where you can manipulate the environment. Bring them to a comfort zone, and then proceed to bash them in the head.
