I understand that there is a very significant WoW player base that cannot find enough players for the other, larger brackets to get
wow gold. But seriously, if Blizzard has admitted that the bracket is not balanced (and has failed at even narrowing the balance gap), why not just introduce a 4v4 bracket, where it will clearly be easier to balance around
wow gold?
Improved Mind Blast - has an additional effect - while in Shadow form your Mind Blast also has a 20/40/60/80/100% chance to reduce all healing done to the target by 20% for 10 sec.
Permafrost - now also reduces the target healing received by 7/13/20%
The recent trend of arena comps leaning (heavily) towards cleave has prompted Blizzard to make some pretty big changes. The first was the resilience change, which will affect all damage and be implemented in patch 3.2 about about
World of Warcraft Gold. The second one, which I firmly believe is still a trial balloon for Blizzard, is MS for shadow priests via mind blast and MS for mages via the talent permafrost.
It is important to note that originally, it was reported that the MS for mages was going to be on the talent Empowered Frost bolt, not Permafrost about
wow gold. When I first read it I thought it was a very strange change simply because of the nature of the mage being able to cast rank 1 frost bolts everywhere to get a lot of healing debuffs going to get
wow gold. However, now that it has been updated to show that Permafrost will be getting the healing debuff, the situation has actually gotten more absurd. Originally the healing debuff was going to only be applicable to frost bolts about
wow gold.
