I miss the good old Rank 14 days, when I had equal DPS weapons for every spec and could experiment as much as I wanted very much. I tried both AR/prep and full combat, I actually liked full combat more about wow gold. Perhaps it is because the only MH I have is fist weapon, 38% crit with prey on the weak and lethality leads to very nasty crits. Eviscerate with improved eviscerate, aggression and prey on the weak is simply disgusting damage about cheap World of Warcraft Gold. 

With 15/51/5 getting opened on by other rogues with a 30% damage reduction is not that bad when you can kidney shot them right through evasion to get wow gold (although you would not be playing double DPS as full combat for obvious reasons). Killing Spree is the huge burst AR/prep lacks, and 20% more damage in 3.1.0 will make it even more appealing. Timed properly, you can also use it to block incoming sheeps, fears, and it also breaks hex, roots among other things. I tried AR/prep and I feel it would be much stronger with mace, haste and armor penetration changes of 3.1.0. Fist spec feels wasted when you are missing talents that increase crit damage about wow gold.

As rogue healer, even with mutilate against Nicks team I felt like I was actually playing the game. Against hunter healer teams (especially hunter/paladin), I literally feel like I should type /AFK and save myself the agony. There is a reason that we have more hunters on SK-100 than rogues/warriors combined to get wow gold. Better CCs, survivability and anti-melee tools than frost mages, way better damage whether you are on him or not, physical snare/healing debuff from max range, pet + mana drain, on top of a killing shot that is instant death for Jesus himself. With the possible exception of RMP, I can not see a single comp where you would take a rogue over hunter.
