FFXI GIL - Square Enix Events

Players from all walks of Vanadiel are invited to suggest stage events, special in-game events or other activities they would like to see at future fan gatherings. People are also encouraged to share their memories of previous meetups.

As an added incentive to participate, five lucky contributors will receive prices for submitting their thoughts and ideas. The grand prize is a Shadow lord statue; runners-up will receive the Piano Collections Final Fantasy XI CD.

Hilton and Peeler of the Square Enix Community Team will also appear on pod casts with Pet Food Alpha and He Says, She Says to discuss FFXI Live Events.

Some of the players have taken things into their own hands. FFXI GIL.For example, I run the very large FFXI panel at Anime Central, which has an attendence of several hundred buying FFXI gil players each year. (We are in our fourth year now!) This fills in a critical gap for the lack of events in the Midwest (the convention is in Chicago) and allows those of us who can not fly to the west coast a chance to meet and greet our online friends.
