Mutilate requires two daggers of equal DPS and preferably 1.7 speed or slower before it can out damage improved backstab on poisoned targets (by 5-15% depend on your gear). The poison requirement is a major drawback for ambush mutilates type of openers, as the target is often not poisoned fast enough for your first mutilate to do serious damage. Against classes with poison removal abilities like paladin, druid and shaman, you need cripple poison main hand and a layered poison like wound or deadly offhand to make cleansing difficult about Wow Gold.
