Americans is all the rage those days, and HON/COM is bound to create a ton of arcane/shadow dance copycats in both American and European BGs. While I believe America needs one top RMP similar to Duelist Going for Gladiator in 2008, so our top teams can be better prepared against this comp, I just do not see RMP as the definitive American comp.
People bashing American WOW do not have to look too far back. Less than six months ago, Americans dominated Koreans at Blizzcon about
buy wow gold. Hafu-chan and Merciless Gladiator Wojos warrior/lock/druid would capture two of the top three spots. HON could not even crack top four back then. And COM lost to warrior/lock/druid and rogue/lock/druid because they simply were not used to Americans grind-it-out style of play.
Flashy playing style built around fluid control and gorgeous swaps make for very entertaining matches from the audiences perspective, but it is not the only way to win. Many would argue Italian soccer is not as "skilled" as say, Dutch soccer but it won far more championships to get
buy wow gold. Americas Team EG was one win away from eliminating COM from the tournament in Hannover, and I believe American TR teams will put up a much, much stronger showing in these years Blizzcon. Judging a continents player talent, or even the S5 arena balance from a single tournament made of outdated 2008 player rosters (most of those teams will not qualify for 2009 TRs), is shortsighted to get
buy wow gold.
Obviously, sponsored teams need to take practice a lot more seriously. Tournament realm is up, there is simply no excuse for not playing a few hundred games a week. Make two teams of same comp, use the first team to queue dodge and qualify, the second team to spam as many games as you can! The skill cap for WOW is a lot higher than what people give credit for.
